Warehouse Shift Lead

About the role

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is seeking a Warehouse Shift Lead to join its cleaning and concierge team. This full‑time permanent position works varied day and night shifts, including weekends, and offers an initial pay of $19.50 per hour.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team in complex, task‑driven cleaning operations within a warehouse environment.
• Provide direct support to the Maintenance Operations Center and Field Operations teams, handling escalations promptly and accurately.
• Clean rooms, hallways, bathrooms, locker rooms, offices, stairs, break rooms and other work areas as required.
• Follow the cleaning supervisor’s task flow diagram and manage daily shift schedules.
• Offer feedback on ongoing activities and implement timely escalation reporting procedures.

Required profile

• Preferred experience in cleaning operations and distribution‑center environments.
• At least 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Ability to adhere to OSHA safety requirements, safety guidelines and forklift instructions.
• Positive, customer‑service‑oriented attitude.
• Capability to read and interpret safety rules, operation manuals and chemical‑handling documents (English or Spanish).
• Successful completion of a background check and drug test.
