Warehouse Shift Lead

About the role

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is seeking a Warehouse Shift Lead to join its Cleaning/Conservancy team. This full‑time, permanent position works rotating day and night shifts, including weekends, and plays a key part in maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient warehouse environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of cleaning staff in a fast‑paced warehouse setting.
• Provide direct support to the Maintenance Operations Center and Field Operations teams, handling escalations promptly.
• Clean rooms, corridors, restrooms, locker rooms, offices, stairs, break rooms, and other work areas as needed.
• Follow the supervisor’s task flow diagram and ensure daily operational schedules are met.
• Report ongoing activities and escalation details to KBS management.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in cleaning or distribution‑center environments.
• Ability to comply with OSHA requirements, safety guidelines, and forklift operating instructions.
• Positive, customer‑service oriented attitude with the ability to motivate team members.
• Must pass KBS background check and drug test.
