Warehouse Operator

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Warehouse Operator to join its Erlanger Distribution Center. You will help ensure that customer orders are processed accurately and on time while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and load trucks and process incoming stock.
• Pick, pack, and ship orders according to daily production goals.
• Replenish inventory and maintain orderly storage locations.
• Perform pre‑ and post‑shift inspections of work areas and equipment.
• Attend daily production meetings and follow health & safety protocols.
• Identify and execute process improvements, including creating SOPs.
• Support special projects aligned with site and company strategic plans.

Required profile

• General knowledge of automated warehouse and inventory practices.
• Comfortable working in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to stand, walk, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 lb.
• Ability to work in a non‑climate‑controlled setting.
• Exemplary attendance and adherence to company values of empathy, originality, integrity, and courage.

Required skills

• RF scanner operation (handheld and mounted devices).
