Warehouse Driver – HVAC Freight & Materials

About the role

Join a fast‑paced, dynamic team delivering HVAC equipment for a leading wholesale distributor. As a Warehouse Driver you will manage inventory, load and unload freight, and transport materials to customers and vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Load and unload HVAC products daily; deliver freight to customer sites.
• Receive, inspect, stock, and verify merchandise against orders.
• Pick, verify, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Collect signed invoices and return them to the Sales Center Manager.
• Maintain daily truck and forklift checklists; report mileage and returns.
• Use OF device appropriately and assist with physical inventory counts.
• Read and interpret customer, work, and shipping orders.
• Provide excellent customer service and keep the warehouse clean, orderly, and safe.
• Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• At least 24 months recent experience driving a cargo van.
• Ability to multitask and meet daily deadlines.
• Knowledge of LTL and full‑truckload logistics.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to customer service.
• Must be 21 years or older and pass drug screening and background check.
• High school diploma or GED; 6 months warehouse/forklift experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and a safety‑first mindset.
