Warehouse Associate / QC I

About the role

GloryGlobal is hiring a permanent, full-time Warehouse Associate / QC I in the United States. The role covers a range of warehouse processes including shipping and receiving items via the company's ERP software, troubleshooting process issues, and moving inventory onto pallets, bins and shelves. It also includes quality control checks of finished products.

Key responsibilities

• Receive inbound daily freight returns from remote inventory locations and sort items as they arrive from delivery trucks
• Unbox, organize and move inventory onto pallets, bins and shelves, verifying part numbers and serial numbers
• Assist the repair workflow by pulling, staging and cleaning parts
• Follow all policies, support 5S activities and maintain the cleanliness of the warehouse
• Perform visual checks on finished products, approve them, return items for rework and document inspection results in the quality database
• Assist with bagging finished product and move it to the correct bin location
• Operate non-motorized material handling equipment (training may be required)
• Meet productivity and quality standards set by the manager and work independently with minimal supervision

Required profile

• High school diploma or general equivalent
• Basic warehouse knowledge and ability to learn warehouse functions and processes
• Able to work overtime as the job demands
• Ability to identify priorities and work independently
• Positive, upbeat attitude and excellent communication and customer service skills

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to learn the company's ERP application
