Warehouse Associate Lead – 2nd Shift

About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Associate Lead to join our team on the 2nd shift (2:30 PM – 11:00 PM, Monday‑Friday) in Garden City, GA. In this role you will oversee daily warehouse activities, ensure accurate receipt, storage, and distribution of materials, and support our logistics network.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a group of 10+ warehouse employees, motivating and directing team efforts.
• Read production schedules, work orders, and shipping orders to determine material movement.
• Move, sort, and place items on racks, shelves, or bins according to predefined sequences.
• Fill requisitions and distribute tools, stock items, and finished goods to production workers.
• Assemble customer orders, palletize them, and convey them to packing or shipping areas.
• Label materials, record receipts and distributions, and weigh or count items for compliance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED; 1‑3 months related experience or equivalent training.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and communicate effectively with a warehouse team.
• Strong attention to detail for accurate inventory handling.
