Warehouse Associate

About the role

The Warehouse Associate works on‑site in Plainfield, IN, handling receiving, processing, selecting, shipping, and storing inventory. The role requires physical stamina and the ability to collaborate with a diverse team in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, process, label, package, and ship orders accurately and timely.
• Load and unload products from trailers, inspect for defects, and operate RF scanners and warehouse software.
• Operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack and maintain organized warehouse space.
• Follow quality control, safety, security, and sanitation procedures and report productivity to the Warehouse Supervisor.

Required profile

• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for entire shift, lift up to 60 lb, and perform repetitive motions.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to read, write legibly and count accurately.

Required skills

• Excel proficiency.
• RF scanner operation.
• Forklift, hand truck, and pallet jack operation.
• Use of warehouse management software.
