Warehouse Associate

About the role

Mad City Windows & Baths, a proud Renuity company, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations across its network. The role involves maintaining inventory accuracy, operating equipment, and delivering materials to job sites.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution processes by enforcing policies and procedures.
• Conduct physical inventory counts and control stock levels.
• Plan and implement warehouse layout changes, inspect equipment, and issue work orders for repairs.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, to place products correctly.
• Load, log, and note returned materials on trucks.
• Prepare jobs and materials for crews, clean trucks, and transport employees to job sites.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license.
• 1‑2 years of warehouse experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lb regularly.
• Willingness to deliver products between offices daily.

Required skills

• Forklift operation.
• Knowledge of safe warehouse practices.
