Business Operations Coordinator

About the role

The Business Operations Coordinator will join Fleetworthy’s Albany team to support the smooth functioning of its fleet technology services. This entry‑level position is ideal for an analytical thinker who enjoys dissecting complex processes, using data and CRM tools to resolve customer and provider issues, and driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate escalated customer and provider issues through CRM systems and internal data sources.
• Identify root causes of operational problems rather than treating symptoms.
• Analyse case and usage data to spot recurring issues, potential revenue loss, and compliance risks.
• Map relationships between provider data, agency processes, and internal workflows to uncover process breakdowns.
• Collaborate with Operations, Development, and Product teams to define technical requirements and recommend enhancements such as new reports, dashboards, or product features.
• Document findings and recommendations clearly for stakeholders and communicate directly with customers when needed.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidates with a strong analytical mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Data Analytics or a related field preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.
• Excellent written communication skills.
