Fulfillment Coordinator

About the role

The Fulfillment Coordinator efficiently processes complex transponder orders to meet customer needs in a fast‑paced team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive inventory, assign to accounts using barcode scanner or transponder reader, and prepare shipments (stickering, casing, adhesives).
• Maintain supplies, inventory, cleanliness, and organization in the processing area and storage room.
• Operate USPS Neopost metered mail machine, handle company‑wide mail distribution, and manage weekly recycling bin placement.
• Greet shipping carriers, accept deliveries and pickups, and perform mid‑day and end‑of‑day carrier account closeouts (UPS & USPS).
• Process returns, including decasing, cleaning, restocking, and customer communications.
• Use Bestpass Account Management System (BPAM) and EMS Neopost system to process assigned customer transponder orders.
• Conduct periodic time‑collection of tasks for efficiency reviews and update SOPs as needed.

Required profile

• Prior experience in a fulfillment or order‑processing environment is helpful.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast‑paced setting.
• Consistently demonstrate company values and competencies.
• Willingness to work overtime as required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience using barcode scanners or transponder readers.
