Warehouse Associate

About the role

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is seeking motivated Warehouse Associates to join its full‑time, permanent team. The role focuses on handling corrugated cardboard gondolas, ensuring clean and efficient warehouse operations while meeting customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Use a manual pallet jack to collect full gondolas (large boxes/containers) and replace them with empty ones in assigned areas.
• Transport and place filled corrugated cardboard gondolas into packers or compactors; training provided.
• Keep areas around gondolas free of debris and trash.
• Dust, sweep, and mop container zones to maintain clear transit pathways.
• Maintain clear “green mile” walkways at all times for safety.
• Organize and sort drill/packer/compactor zones to preserve order.
• Perform additional cleaning tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Ability to operate a manual pallet jack and lift gondolas up to 75 lb.
• Capability to lift, push, pull, and move objects up to 50 lb.
• Frequent bending, reaching, and stretching above and below waist level.
• Comfort walking throughout the facility for the duration of the shift.
• Stamina to stand and walk up to 10‑12 hours per shift.
