About the role
Join the Port Sanibel Marina team as a Dock Hand on the beautiful Sanibel Islands. This part‑time position offers hands‑on work supporting boat operations and marina upkeep while enjoying a supportive company culture.
Key responsibilities
- Fueling boats safely and efficiently
- Checking out rental boats to customers
- Assisting guests with kayak rentals
- Performing marina cleanup and maintaining a tidy dock area
- Conducting basic maintenance tasks on equipment and vessels
Required profile
- Ability to work outdoors in a marina environment
- Physical stamina for handling fuel hoses and moving equipment
- Reliability and punctuality for scheduled shifts
Required skills

What we offer
- Hourly pay ranging from $16.00 to $20.00
