Warehouse Associate II - Outbound

About the role

Cardinal Health is seeking a Warehouse Associate II for outbound operations at its climate‑controlled facility in Fort Worth, TX. The role involves handling inbound and outbound shipments, operating material handling equipment, and ensuring accurate order fulfillment.

Key responsibilities

• Unload trucks using pallet jacks and check in products with the Manhattan Warehouse Management System.
• Store, pick, and load products for outbound shipments, including refrigerated items when required.
• Operate various material handling equipment such as order pickers, forklifts, reach trucks, turret trucks, and walk‑by riders.
• Break down cases, palletize large items, and correctly label small items for shipment.
• Cross‑train in inbound, replenishment, and outbound departments and use voice‑pick or RF scanner systems.

Required profile

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• 1‑2 years of related material handling experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 lb, work at heights up to 25 ft, and stand for an 8‑hour shift.
• Willingness to work 12‑hour shifts with limited notice.
• Compliance with safety regulations and use of required PPE.

Required skills

• Manhattan Warehouse Management System (WMS) proficiency.
• RF scanner or voice‑pick system experience.
• Operation of forklifts, order pickers, reach trucks, and pallet jacks.
