Warehouse Associate – Full-time

About the role

The Warehouse Associate will operate industrial equipment such as forklifts, tuggers and electric pallet jacks to ship, receive and deliver materials to product lines at Bosch’s Charleston plant. The role supports daily production goals, inventory accuracy and ensures a safe, clean work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate industrial equipment (forklift, tugger, electric pallet jacks) to ship, receive and deliver material on an hourly basis.
• Use systems to prepare and send final products to customers while meeting daily production goals.
• Follow plant safety and environmental policies and keep work areas clean and orderly.
• Conduct inventory and component inspections, maintain charts, logbooks and databases.
• Maintain visual management boards and finished‑goods traceability.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Ability to work in a noisy, fast‑paced environment and demonstrate self‑initiative.
