Warehouse Associate – Corrugated Cardboard Recycler

About the role

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is seeking motivated, full‑time Warehouse Associates to handle the collection and removal of corrugated cardboard gondolas across multiple facilities. The role focuses on maintaining clean, safe work areas while supporting customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a manual pallet jack to pick up full gondolas and replace them with empty ones in assigned zones.
• Transport full corrugated cardboard gondolas to packers or compactors in designated warehouse areas (training provided).
• Keep the surroundings of all gondolas free of debris and trash.
• Dust, sweep, and mop around trash‑container zones to maintain clear transit pathways.
• Maintain clean and organized drill/packer/compactor areas.
• Perform additional cleaning tasks as required.

Required profile

• Ability to operate a manual pallet jack and lift/move gondolas up to 75 lb.
• Capability to lift, push, pull, and transport items up to 50 lb.
• Frequent bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching above and below waist level.
• Endurance to stand and walk for 10‑12 hours per shift.
• Read and interpret safety, operation, and maintenance documents.
