Warehouse Associate – Corrugated Cardboard Recycler

About the role

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is seeking motivated Warehouse Associates to join our full‑time, permanent team. The role focuses on handling corrugated cardboard gondolas, ensuring clean and safe warehouse environments while supporting our clients' needs.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a manual pallet jack to collect full gondolas (large boxes/containers) and replace them with empty ones in assigned zones.
• Transport and place full corrugated cardboard gondolas into designated compactors or packers (training provided).
• Keep areas around gondolas free of debris, trash, and dust; mop and sweep trash‑container zones.
• Maintain clear traffic walkways (“Green Mile”) to ensure safety for all personnel.
• Organise and sort drill/packer/compactor areas to preserve order.
• Perform additional cleaning tasks as required.

Required profile

• Ability to lift and move gondolas up to 75 lb using a manual pallet jack.
• Capability to lift, push, pull, and transport items up to 50 lb.
• Frequent bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching above head and below waist.
• Comfortable walking throughout the facility and standing for 10‑12 hours per shift.
• Read and follow basic safety and work instructions.
