About the role

Greystar is seeking a WalkMe Design Associate to support the execution of its property management software platform. The role focuses on designing, developing, and implementing training curricula that accelerate software adoption, improve customer satisfaction, and boost team performance.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in setting annual goals for WalkMe programs that align with IT and education strategies.
• Design, develop, and deploy WalkMe digital adoption solutions using the full suite of WalkMe apps.
• Monitor emerging trends in digital adoption platforms (DAP) and e‑learning to enhance solution design.
• Utilize the WalkMe Institute for ongoing product education and stay current with releases.
• Create and manage evaluation methods (surveys, tests, follow‑up) to measure learning effectiveness.
• Review and update existing WalkMe solutions to reflect business practice changes.
• Track end‑user feedback, perform scheduled maintenance, and resolve system issues via project tracking boards.
• Administer WalkMe within Greystar’s property management software, coordinating with WalkMe support and service providers.
• Conduct discovery sessions to assess compatibility with WalkMe and address user requests.
