VP / SVP Finance (Series C Startup)

About the role

Lumos, the industry’s first Autonomous Identity Platform, is seeking a VP/SVP of Finance to drive the company toward $100M ARR. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will shape the financial strategy of a fast‑growing, AI‑native startup that has raised over $65M and serves high‑profile customers.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute a financial plan to reach $100M ARR within three years.
• Lead a pricing transformation from seat‑based to AI‑driven models.
• Build an AI‑enabled Finance team that operates with high leverage.
• Maintain a disciplined finance operating rhythm with clean numbers, spend control, and compliance.
• Partner with Sales, Engineering, COO, and CEO to provide financial insight for decision‑making.
• Own investor relations, board updates, and banking relationships to keep the company ready for future funding rounds.

Required profile

• Previously served as #2 or #3 finance leader at a $100M+ private company, or as Head of Finance at a growth‑stage startup.
• Experience closing a financing round.
• Proven ability to build capacity models for a sales‑led enterprise GTM motion.
• Strong track record of scaling finance functions in high‑growth environments.
