VP of Sales (OTE $300,000/year)

About the role

CXT Software is building the largest Transportation Management System (TMS) for last‑mile and courier operations in North America. Following the merger of CXT Software and e‑Courier, the company seeks a senior sales leader to shape the newly unified sales organization, drive revenue growth, and establish market leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that delivers predictable, scalable revenue across target markets.
• Act as a player‑coach, supporting sales engineers on complex opportunities and leading the largest enterprise deals.
• Align cross‑functional teams (Marketing, Customer Success, Product) around shared KPIs, joint planning, and feedback loops.
• Build and scale the sales organization from the ground up, including SEs, SDRs, and sales operations.
• Define and enforce disciplined sales processes, territory management, CRM hygiene, and stage qualification.
• Own forecasting accuracy, pipeline inspection, and partner with FP&A for reliable forecasts.
• Represent the brand publicly at webinars, conferences, trade shows, and customer events.
• Drive expansion in courier, shipper, and healthcare verticals and develop strategic partnership initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven senior sales leadership experience, preferably in logistics, SaaS, or transportation technology.
• Track record of building high‑performing sales teams and delivering multi‑million dollar revenue targets.
• Strong analytical mindset with expertise in forecasting, pipeline management, and KPI‑driven performance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across product, marketing, and finance.
