VP of Finance

About the role

XRHealth is seeking a Vice President of Finance to act as a strategic financial leader and trusted partner to the CEO and executive team. This hands‑on, high‑impact position will guide the full spectrum of financial planning, reporting, and operational finance while shaping the company’s growth strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, multi‑year financial modeling, and rolling forecasts in partnership with the CEO and department heads.
• Oversee preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual GAAP‑compliant financial statements and manage external auditors, tax advisors, and banking relationships.
• Partner with Revenue Cycle, Clinical Operations, and Commercial teams to optimize revenue recognition, billing, and reimbursement workflows; own cash‑flow management and working‑capital optimization.
• Support M&A due diligence, financial structuring, integration activities, and lead transaction modeling for valuations and earn‑out scenarios.
• Build and mentor a high‑performing finance team and serve as a cross‑functional partner to HR, Legal, Operations, and Commercial leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA strongly preferred.
• 8–12+ years of progressive finance experience, including 3–5 years in a senior finance leadership role.
• Proven experience in healthcare, digital health, SaaS, or life‑sciences environments.
• Strong command of GAAP, financial modeling, and financial reporting.
