VP, Global Data & Analytics

About the role

The Vice President of Global Data & Analytics will define and drive the data strategy for Little Caesar Enterprises, Inc., a worldwide restaurant franchise. Reporting to senior leadership, the VP will shape how data is collected, analyzed and turned into actionable insights across all business units.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive enterprise data roadmap aligned with corporate objectives.
• Lead global teams of data engineers, analysts and scientists to build scalable data platforms and visualization solutions.
• Establish data governance, quality and integrity standards to ensure reliable data products.
• Partner with business leaders to identify strategic data opportunities and deliver analytics that support decision‑making.
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of dashboards, reporting tools and self‑service analytics for executives, franchisees and restaurant operations.
• Champion machine‑learning and AI initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Define investment strategies for data technologies and manage vendor relationships.
• Build talent pipelines, mentor staff and promote a data‑driven culture throughout the organization.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in data, analytics or business intelligence within a large, multi‑site organization.
• Track record of delivering enterprise‑wide data initiatives that generate measurable business value.
• Strong communication skills to influence senior executives and translate technical concepts into business outcomes.
• Experience scaling global data teams and fostering continuous improvement.
