Visual Commercial

About the role

The Visual Commercial is responsible for executing Zara's commercial strategy while maintaining an attractive store image that resonates with the local customer base. You will stay informed on product lines, fashion trends, and competitor activity to ensure the brand’s personality shines through the merchandising layout.

Key responsibilities

• Follow and implement all commercial strategies set by the company.
• Review market news, plan store/warehouse rotations, and align store space with product assortment.
• Support product replenishment and manage stockroom capacity.
• Analyze product performance, competition, and trends to drive actionable improvements.
• Conduct commercial analysis (sales, business maps, product reports) and communicate findings to the team.
• Maintain high‑level customer experience by upholding merchandising standards.
• Provide continuous feedback to the Section Manager and collaborate with all store teams.
• Train and develop the sales team on commercial best practices.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and occupational risk regulations.
• Assist with returns, transactions, and other store tasks to guarantee a seamless customer journey.
