Artech, a top‑10 global IT staffing firm, is looking for a proactive Business Development Manager to expand its client base and deepen existing relationships. The ideal candidate will have a hunter mindset, enjoy engaging with technology‑focused clients, and be ready to drive staffing solutions that meet hiring needs.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, contact, and meet face‑to‑face with potential accounts to generate new business.
• Own the full client lifecycle, providing pre‑ and post‑sales technical assistance.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, identifying and qualifying staffing opportunities.
• Coordinate interviews between hiring managers and candidates.
• Analyze and address obstacles in filling technical positions.
• Participate in networking events, career fairs, and professional association meetings.

Required profile

• Professional experience in staffing, corporate recruiting, or sales environments.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of technology markets.
• Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, and comfortable with up to 25% travel.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
