Virtual Sales Agent - Insurance Enrollment

About the role

Fisher Agencies, a fast-growing financial services firm representing the American Income Life branch of Globe Life, is hiring a Virtual Sales agent. You will help prospective clients navigate important coverage decisions and guide them through the enrollment process, working within a sales-driven, customer-focused team. The position is remote and based in Charleston.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound client conversations to explain insurance coverage options.
• Build rapport with prospective customers and guide them through the enrollment process.
• Follow up with leads promptly and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
• Meet individual sales goals while delivering a professional customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members and take part in ongoing sales training.

Required profile

• Availability to work evenings.
• Availability during Eastern Time business hours.
• Preferred: experience in sales, customer service or other client-facing roles with a track record of meeting performance targets.
• Preferred: experience in the insurance industry.

Required skills

• Comfort using CRM systems to track leads and follow-up activity.
• Preferred: experience handling inbound leads, outbound follow-up, objection handling and guiding customers through enrollment.
• Preferred: experience with Zoom-based face-to-face customer interaction.
