About the role
Modern Pediatrics is seeking qualified Triage Medical Assistants or Registered Nurses to provide virtual care for children and families. The position is part‑time, focused on evenings and weekends, and can be performed remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Triaging text messages, calls, photos, and videos from caregivers, delivering clinical guidance and appropriate care plans.
- Documenting vaccine records, creating catch‑up schedules, and uploading test results and clinic notes.
Required profile
- Experience working in a pediatric practice as a triage nurse or medical assistant.
- High emotional intelligence and an empathy‑first approach to interacting with parents and caregivers.
- Team‑oriented mindset, willingness to seek help, and commitment to continuous professional growth.
