Videographer & Video Editor

About the role

Honeydew is seeking a versatile Videographer & Video Editor to create and deliver high‑impact visual content for its growth initiatives. Working on a hybrid schedule, you will travel across the United States to capture footage and then edit it for platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and the company website.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to shoot patients, dermatologists, the CEO, brand ambassadors and content creators in diverse settings (medical offices, studios, outdoors).
• Plan shots, direct talent, manage lighting, audio and capture broadcast‑quality footage.
• Operate professional‑grade camera equipment (own or rented) and handle all on‑site production tasks.
• Edit field footage end‑to‑end, producing rough cuts, final exports, and native social or paid video assets.
• Perform color grading, audio mixing, motion graphics and text overlays to meet brand standards.
• Maintain organized file structures, project archives and meet fast turnaround deadlines.
• Collaborate with the Creative Lead and growth team on concept development, shot lists and production logistics.
• Stay current on platform trends (Reels, TikTok, YouTube) and bring fresh creative ideas.

Required profile

• Comfortable behind a high‑definition camera in clinical environments and in post‑production color‑grading branded ads.
• Ability to produce polished, high‑fidelity content without a full production crew.
• Prioritises speed when needed and maintains high quality under pressure.
• Scrappy, detail‑oriented and able to travel frequently across the U.S.
