Vice President, Product Management

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Vice President of Product Management for its Consumer Acquisition & Engagement (CA&E) portfolio in North America. The leader will drive growth and performance across Marketing Services, Rewards & Offers, and Personalization, shaping the future of consumer engagement through AI and personalization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the North America CA&E product roadmap, translating market and customer insights into product priorities.
• Manage regional product performance, forecasting, budgeting, and investment prioritization.
• Drive new product development, pilot initiatives, and innovation leveraging AI, data, and emerging technologies.
• Partner with Global Product, Commercialization, Sales, and Technology teams to scale products and ensure market fit.
• Support go‑to‑market strategies, sales enablement, and customer value propositions.

Required profile

• Proven product management leader with experience managing complex portfolios and launching customer‑centric solutions.
• Strategic thinker able to translate market and technology shifts into actionable product opportunities.
• Strong business and financial acumen with experience evaluating investments and portfolio trade‑offs.
• Executive presence and excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
