Vice President, Operations

About the role

Rolls‑Royce Solutions is seeking a Vice President of Operations to lead its Aiken, South Carolina facility. The role oversees production, maintenance, and facility management while aligning with Quality, Logistics, and Reman/Overhaul teams to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations.

Key responsibilities

• Direct overall Operations function, including production planning, maintenance strategy, and facility upkeep.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional leaders in Quality, Logistics, and Reman/Overhaul to drive performance and reliability.
• Develop and execute operational strategies that support growth and excellence at the Aiken site.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and cost efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in manufacturing or industrial operations.
• Strong track record of managing large, complex facilities and multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Demonstrated ability to align cross‑functional groups toward common operational goals.
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem‑solving skills.
