Vice President, Operations

About the role

Hampr is looking for a Vice President of Operations to lead and scale its physical operations across the United States. You will own the end‑to‑end delivery of laundry services, from facility management to logistics, and report directly to the CEO.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full physical operations function – facilities, logistics, field workforce, and process infrastructure – for current and future markets.
• Run and scale existing facility operations in Los Angeles and the new site in Escondido, while expanding pickup/delivery logistics.
• Lead new‑facility build‑out from site selection through construction, hiring, training, and launch.
• Establish operating standards, create playbooks, and build a network of facility partners.
• Develop and execute a robotics and automation strategy, prioritising high‑impact opportunities.
• Design, implement and continuously improve SOPs to drive consistency, quality and efficiency.
• Build and develop a high‑performing operations leadership team.
• Own the operations P&L, set budgets, manage costs and optimise unit economics.

Required profile

• Senior leader with proven experience scaling physical operations in a fast‑growing environment.
• Hands‑on operator who can roll up sleeves while guiding a growing organisation.
• Strong financial discipline and ability to manage an operations P&L.
• Direct reporting line to the CEO.
