Operations Associate – Part‑Time

About the role

As an Operations Associate, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth and reliable performance of our autonomous delivery robots. You’ll assist robots in the field, perform light maintenance tasks, and help ensure deliveries are completed safely and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain field readiness by supporting robots, coordinating timely responses, and fulfilling orders as business needs arise.
• Assist in deployment processes, including preparation, inspection, cleaning, and placement of robots.
• Track, document, and close escalation tickets while providing clear communication and supporting documentation.
• Operate company vehicles safely to move, recover, or reposition robotic units.
• Prioritize safety by adhering to company standards and escalating critical events.
• Manage end‑of‑shift recovery by securing, charging, sanitizing, and accounting for all robotic assets.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license and comfort driving mid‑size utility vehicles.
• Ability to lift and maneuver items up to 50 lb.
• Professional customer‑facing experience.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Required skills

• Experience with Jira.
• Proficiency using Slack or similar work communication tools.
