Vice President, Operations

About the role

Maverick Power is seeking a Vice President of Operations to lead manufacturing execution across its North Texas and Phoenix facilities. The role is responsible for safe, predictable, and scalable production that supports rapid growth, on‑time delivery, and margin targets.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the manufacturing operations strategy aligned with enterprise growth and capacity plans.
• Own daily, weekly, and near‑term production performance, ensuring commitments are met through rigorous execution.
• Build a scalable, repeatable execution engine for high‑mix engineered‑to‑order (ETO) and configure‑to‑order (CTO) manufacturing.
• Lead site leadership teams, establish consistent operating cadences, and enforce safety and quality standards.
• Promote a culture of trust, early issue visibility, accountability, and informed decision‑making.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in high‑mix, ETO/CTO environments.
• Demonstrated ability to translate enterprise objectives into measurable operational goals.
• Strong track record of scaling production systems while maintaining safety, quality, and sustainability.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on building trust and accountability.
