Vice President of Strategy and Branch Operations

About the role

The Vice President of Strategy & Branch Operations leads growth, operational performance, and strategic expansion across Glasfloss’ branch network. This senior leadership role combines business unit leadership, commercial strategy, and execution to support Vision 2030 and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Lead operational and financial performance of branch operations, including turnaround initiatives for under‑performing locations.
• Support Vision 2030 growth strategy through market sizing, segmentation, and new market entry planning.
• Identify, evaluate, and execute M&A opportunities, handling due diligence, financial modeling, and integration planning.
• Develop and implement sales, marketing, and commercial strategies to drive revenue and expand channel presence.
• Build high‑performing leadership teams, establish succession plans, and strengthen organizational effectiveness.
• Improve operational processes, drive margin improvement, and implement best practices across multi‑location operations.

Required profile

• 10–15 years of progressive leadership experience.
• Ownership of a $25M–$50M+ P&L.
• Proven success managing multi‑location operations and leading both sales and operational teams.
• Track record of revenue growth, margin improvement, market strategy, new product rollout, and M&A execution.
• Preferred experience in distribution or industrial business models, HVAC, MRO, aftermarket, or light manufacturing.
