Vice President of Sales

About the role

Victory Cruise Lines is seeking a Vice President of Sales to join its senior leadership team. This position is designed as a succession opportunity, allowing the selected candidate to learn directly from the current VP, build key relationships, and gradually assume full responsibility for the sales organization.

Key responsibilities

• Learn and eventually lead all aspects of the sales organization, including direct, trade, group, and charter sales.
• Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute the commercial strategy.
• Drive revenue growth initiatives and analyze booking trends, revenue performance, and sales effectiveness.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with travel advisors, agency partners, affinity groups, and key accounts.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Finance to align sales initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop members of the sales team, improving processes, reporting, forecasting, and accountability.
• Represent Victory Cruise Lines at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings.
• Serve as a member of the Senior Leadership Team.

Required profile

• Proven senior sales leadership experience, preferably in travel, hospitality, or related industries.
• Strong track record of driving revenue growth and building strategic partnerships.
• Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Ability to mentor and develop high‑performing sales teams.
• Strategic thinker with a results‑oriented mindset.
