Vice President of Sales – Corporate (Hotels)

About the role

Blue Sky Hospitality Solutions is seeking a senior executive to lead commercial strategy for its portfolio of 65+ hotels across the United States. This fully onsite position reports to the executive leadership team and focuses on portfolio‑wide revenue growth, sales team development, and partnership with revenue management and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute portfolio‑wide sales strategies that increase RevPAR, ADR, market share and overall commercial performance.
• Recruit, mentor and manage Directors of Sales across multiple properties, establishing consistent processes and performance metrics.
• Partner closely with Revenue Management to align pricing, group pace and account production while protecting rate integrity.
• Drive business development by expanding corporate, regional and local accounts and strengthening relationships with owners, brands and strategic partners.
• Collaborate with hotel leadership to ensure flawless execution of client commitments and remove barriers to guest satisfaction.

Required profile

• Current Vice President of Sales or Regional Director of Sales ready to step into a VP role.
• Proven multi‑property hotel sales leadership experience with major brands such as Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt or IHG.
• Demonstrated success leading Directors of Sales and delivering portfolio‑wide revenue growth.
• Ability to travel throughout the portfolio as business needs require.
