About the role

As the Vice President of Operations you will oversee daily operations of remodeling projects, ensuring efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction. You will lead a dedicated team, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity across all projects.
• Oversee project management processes, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with sales, design, and construction teams to align on project goals and client expectations.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational improvements.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for best pricing and services.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
• Foster a positive, collaborative team environment and promote professional development.
• Lead regular team meetings to communicate updates, address challenges, and celebrate successes.

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in home remodeling or construction.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and teams.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
