Vice President of Finance (NYC)

About the role

ResortPass is seeking a Vice President of Finance to lead all financial functions of the fast‑growing hospitality marketplace. Based in the energetic New York City headquarters, the VP will report directly to the CEO and help shape company strategy through rigorous financial insight.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own financial planning, analysis, forecasting, accounting, and strategic finance processes.
• Manage budgeting, cost control, financial modeling, and monthly close reporting.
• Generate and monitor performance metrics, delivering regular reports to the leadership team.
• Standardize accounting and financial procedures across the organization.
• Contribute to the definition of strategic goals and align financial objectives with company growth.
• Partner with department heads to set budgets, hiring plans, and key performance indicators.
• Provide analytical support and create presentations for senior leadership.

Required profile

• Dynamic finance leader with experience overseeing accounting, FP&A, budgeting and investor relations.
• Proven ability to establish creative, agile financial practices in a high‑growth environment.
• Strong communication skills to inform strategy and influence cross‑functional teams.
