Vice President of Finance

About the role

The Vice President of Finance will be a senior leader responsible for the full spectrum of financial operations at Free Association Live. Reporting to the CFO and COO, this role bridges day‑to‑day financial management with strategic decision‑making for a fast‑growing live‑entertainment business operating across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long‑range financial planning for a multi‑entity, multi‑market organization.
• Own financial modeling for existing venues, new market launches, and project development, including scenario and sensitivity analyses.
• Develop and maintain KPI frameworks that provide real‑time performance visibility to leadership.
• Design and maintain management reporting systems, oversee monthly close processes, and ensure integrity of financial statements across all entities.
• Prepare board‑level materials, investment memos, and performance summaries; support capital structure decisions, debt financing, and fundraising diligence.
• Partner with the CFO and COO on strategic initiatives, deal analysis, and growth opportunity evaluation.

Required profile

• Senior finance executive with proven experience in FP&A, budgeting, and forecasting for multi‑entity businesses.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex financial information to executive committees and boards.
• Hands‑on, operational mindset combined with strong analytical rigor.
• Experience supporting capital strategy, debt financing, and investor reporting.

Required skills

What we offer

• Base salary ranging from $160,000 to $180,000 per year.
• Discretionary annual bonus.
