Vice President of Field Operations – Northeast US

About the role

The Vice President of Field Operations for the Northeast United States will lead and optimize practice operations across Specialty1 Partners' dental network. This senior leader will drive sustainable growth, operational excellence, and a culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a quarterly practice visit plan, attending bi‑weekly site visits to engage with practices.
• Build strong relationships with partner and associate doctors, communicating the company’s vision and handling escalated issues with the SVP of Operations.
• Oversee onboarding and off‑boarding of associates, including growth planning and associate‑to‑partner model design.
• Coordinate payroll issue resolution with HR and payroll teams.
• Mentor Regional Directors of Operations (RDOs), creating individual development plans and adjusting team structure for organic and M&A growth.
• Conduct monthly operational reviews and prepare quarterly business reviews for senior leadership.
• Identify and resolve operational inefficiencies, ensuring doctors meet contracted hours and optimizing scheduling templates.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in operations, preferably within healthcare or dental services.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills with physicians and executive stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, drive EBITDA optimization, and lead cross‑functional teams.
• Experience with onboarding, talent development, and change management.
