Vice President, Head of Customer Success

About the role

Arine is seeking a Vice President, Head of Customer Success to lead a world‑class client organization serving health plans, pharmacy benefit managers and risk‑bearing provider networks. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer and joining the Commercial leadership team, you will shape the strategy that drives long‑term retention, expansion and advocacy for our SaaS medication‑management platform.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a customer‑success roadmap that maximizes retention and revenue growth across a portfolio of health‑care clients.
• Build, mentor and scale high‑performing customer‑success and account‑management teams.
• Partner with product, data‑science and clinical teams to ensure delivery of measurable health outcomes and cost‑savings.
• Develop executive‑level relationships with health‑plan, PBM and provider stakeholders to champion Arine’s solutions.
• Implement data‑driven metrics and reporting to track client health, expansion opportunities and advocacy.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in customer success, account management or commercial operations within a SaaS or health‑tech environment.
• Demonstrated ability to scale teams and drive multi‑year client retention and expansion.
• Strong strategic thinking with a track record of influencing C‑level executives.
• Deep understanding of the US health‑care ecosystem, including health plans, PBMs and provider networks.
