Vice President Group Strategic Sourcing, North America

About the role

The Vice President Group Strategic Sourcing, North America will lead the identification and implementation of innovative procurement solutions across LVMH’s North American entities. This senior position influences a region that generates over $20 billion in revenue, representing roughly 25 % of the Group’s global turnover.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with brand procurement teams to assess needs, champion synergies, and design impactful solutions.
• Lead high‑level steering committees with CFOs, Brand Presidents, HR leaders, and procurement managers to secure support for Group projects.
• Act as the primary liaison with the Group Procurement team in Paris, rolling out global solutions throughout North America.
• Develop and execute a regional strategic procurement plan, monitoring implementation and outcomes.
• Manage a portfolio of global and local contracts, optimizing value and performance.
• Oversee Supplier Relationship Management, conduct Quarterly Business Reviews, and coordinate executive engagements.
• Drive brand participation in Group contracts and quantify savings and benefits.
• Identify new procurement opportunities, lead RFPs and tenders, and ensure robust implementation.
• Promote the use of Artificial Intelligence within the North American procurement community to boost productivity.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in strategic, indirect procurement across multiple categories (marketing, construction, logistics, IT, HR services, energy, etc.).
• Proven ability to unite autonomous brands under a common procurement framework.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including interaction with senior finance and brand leaders.
• Track record of leading global procurement projects aligned with corporate strategy.
• Excellent communication skills to convey achievements and foster collaboration.
