Vice President, Global Supply Chain, Logistics, and Fulfillment

About the role

The Vice President, Global Supply Chain, Logistics, and Fulfillment will lead the end‑to‑end supply chain function for FIT House of Brands, a fast‑growing global fitness franchise. Reporting to senior leadership, this executive will shape strategy, drive operational excellence, and support rapid international expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate supply chain, logistics and fulfillment strategy across franchise sales, real‑estate, finance, legal and operations.
• Mentor and develop the Director of Supply Chain and broader team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Monitor global risks (port strikes, trade disputes) and maintain a business‑continuity playbook.
• Scout emerging technologies, evaluating AI and IoT solutions for automation and visibility.
• Manage third‑party partners, enforcing service‑level agreements and performance metrics.
• Maintain a demand roadmap aligned with global expansion goals, using forecasting methods such as moving averages, trend projections and seasonality adjustments.
• Lead collaborative planning sessions with key global providers to secure capacity for projected growth.

Required profile

• Proven executive experience leading global supply chain, logistics, fulfillment and customer‑service operations in multi‑unit, franchise, retail, fitness, hospitality or consumer‑products environments.
• Track record of building high‑performing teams, optimizing end‑to‑end processes and improving inventory and demand‑planning accuracy.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop scalable solutions that support rapid business growth.
