Vice President, Global Supply Chain, Logistics, and Fulfillment

About the role

The Vice President, Global Supply Chain, Logistics, and Fulfillment will lead the end‑to‑end supply chain function for FIT House of Brands, a fast‑growing global fitness franchise. Reporting to senior leadership, this executive will shape strategy, drive operational excellence, and support rapid international expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary supply chain advocate at the leadership level, integrating supply chain, logistics and fulfillment strategy across sales, real estate, finance, legal and operations.
• Mentor and develop the Director of Supply Chain and broader team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Monitor global risks (e.g., port strikes, trade disputes) and maintain a business‑continuity playbook.
• Scout emerging technologies such as AI and IoT to enhance automation and visibility.
• Manage third‑party partners, enforcing service‑level agreements and performance expectations.
• Maintain a demand roadmap aligned with global expansion goals, using forecasting methods (moving averages, trend projections, seasonality adjustments).
• Lead collaborative planning sessions with key global providers to secure capacity.
• Incorporate macro‑economic indicators into demand models to anticipate market shifts.

Required profile

• Senior supply chain executive with extensive experience in global logistics, fulfillment and customer service within multi‑unit franchise, retail, fitness, hospitality or consumer products environments.
• Proven track record of building high‑performing teams, optimizing end‑to‑end processes and delivering accurate inventory and demand planning.
• Strategic thinker capable of developing scalable solutions that support rapid business growth.
