Vice President, Global Advisory Services

About the role

iQVIA is seeking an inspirational leader to shape and elevate its Global Advisory Services presence across the United States, Japan and Asia/Pacific. As the senior leader of DTAS' Global Advisory Services, you will drive strategy, growth and delivery across a global, cross-functional team, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and championing integrated solutions. The role requires living in the same country as the job and involves travel.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the senior face of Global Advisory Services, advising and partnering with executive-level stakeholders
• Set and own the growth agenda, working with regional Advisory leaders to expand year-over-year and raise customer satisfaction
• Operate close to customers, presenting onsite regularly and embedding yourself in their strategic priorities
• Integrate AI and new technologies into offerings and strategy, and continuously assess innovation trends
• Facilitate collaboration across Advisory Services and the wider DTAS portfolio (data strategy, architecture, outsourcing, technology)
• Hold regional clusters accountable for insight-rich, rigorous delivery and consistent quality
• Cultivate talent, coach emerging leaders and build a unified global Advisory Services community
• Shape and share thought leadership with the Thought Leadership organization and collaborate with other DTAS leaders and senior executives
• Own the business, delivering on customer revenue and margin targets

Required profile

• Executive-level experience in a top-tier consulting environment or comparable internal strategy/advisory leadership
• Track record of owning and growing major client relationships with senior decision-makers
• Strong commercial acumen and leadership style that inspires team performance
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and operate with high presence on client sites
• Deep intellectual curiosity, learning agility and strong communication, storytelling and influence skills

What we offer

• Stated potential base pay range of $183,400 to $512,200 per year, depending on qualifications, location and schedule
