Van Delivery Driver

About the role

Join Breakthru Beverage Group as a Van Delivery Driver, delivering beer, wine, and spirits to customers in the Jacksonville area. You will operate a non‑CDL van, unload and deliver pre‑sold products, and provide excellent customer service in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a van/non‑CDL vehicle to deliver assigned beverage orders safely and in compliance with federal liquor laws.
• Maintain customer relationships, collect payments, reconcile receipts, and complete required delivery paperwork.
• Follow the planned route, report any deviations, and return empty containers or unsold merchandise.
• Perform DOT driver log entries, inspect the vehicle before and after use, and request routine maintenance.
• Use delivery equipment such as hand trucks, dollies, and pallet jacks as needed.

Required profile

• Valid Class C driver’s license.
• Effective communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work independently or within a team, multitask, and be punctual.
• Physical ability to lift 45‑65 lb, climb in and out of the truck, and perform frequent sitting, standing, bending, and squatting.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; at least 1 year of related experience is a plus.

Required skills

• Valid Class C driver’s license.
• Ability to operate a non‑CDL van and maintain DOT compliance records.
