Valet Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Valet Supervisor to lead our parking team in Houston. You will ensure smooth operations, deliver excellent customer service, and support staff development in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Motivate and lead staff, fostering teamwork and a customer‑focused culture.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and complete accident/incident reports.
• Assist with training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Maintain inventory of equipment, uniforms, and supplies.
• Reconcile daily bank reports, ticket logs, and track discrepancies.
• Monitor facility cleanliness, safety, and report maintenance issues.
• Perform valet, attendant, or cashier duties as needed.

Required profile

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license held for 2+ years.
• Minimum one year of parking or customer‑service experience.
• Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lb and stand/run for extended periods.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Comfortable working mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
