US Social Media Manager

About the role

We are looking for a content‑obsessed social storyteller to join NEOM Wellbeing’s US team as a Social Media Manager. Based in New York, you will act as the brand’s dedicated US market expert, translating the global content strategy into engaging social experiences for American audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, copywrite, schedule and publish organic content across all NEOM social channels for the US market.
• Shoot, edit and produce Reels, TikToks, Stories and static posts that resonate with US audiences.
• Collaborate with the Senior Brand and Content Manager to shape and refine the US social strategy, ensuring alignment with global direction.
• Adapt global campaigns for the US, adding a social‑first lens while maintaining brand consistency.
• Manage relationships with US‑based content creators, from briefing to performance tracking.
• Capture and share content at US press events, retailer activations (e.g., Ulta) and other brand moments.
• Build and nurture an engaged US community by responding to comments and direct messages.

Required profile

• Passionate about creating visual content and staying ahead of social trends.
• Comfortable working with a camera and editing tools on the go.
• Enthusiastic about NEOM Wellbeing’s mission and values.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to provide market intelligence to global teams.
