US Partner Enablement Manager

About the role

Aikido Security, a developer-first security platform founded in 2022, is hiring its first Partner Enablement Manager. The role is based in the US (Chicago) and focuses on writing, designing and systemizing high-impact enablement content that turns partners into active sellers, with no long-read PDFs.

Key responsibilities

• Create co-brandable pitch kits, value propositions, playbooks and battle cards from scratch
• Turn dense technical product updates into bite-sized learning content and LMS material
• Systemize partner onboarding so teams can pitch, demo and register deals quickly
• Decide which product updates trigger immediate pipeline versus routine cadence drops
• Deliver 1:1 enablement for Tier 1 partners and build self-serve systems for Tier 3
• Own core metrics: activated sellers, certifications, time-to-first-deal and win rates

Required profile

• Proven track record of building and scaling partner enablement programs and content from scratch
• Portfolio of partner-facing sales content and battle cards
• Ability to turn complex cybersecurity topics into crisp, high-converting messaging
• Independent operator who can structure and distribute enablement without hand-holding
