Urgent Care Provider – Evening Shifts

About the role

Lasante Health Center is seeking an experienced Urgent Care Provider to join its evening team. The role focuses on delivering prompt, high‑quality care to patients with urgent health concerns in a primary‑care environment.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients presenting with urgent medical issues.
• Perform comprehensive examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and other clinicians to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Educate patients about their conditions, treatment options, and follow‑up plans.
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date medical records.

Required profile

• Active state medical license.
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in urgent care or primary care settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, evening schedule.

Required skills

• Clinical assessment and diagnostic interpretation.
• Patient education and counseling.
• Electronic medical record documentation.
