Urgent Care Provider – Evening Shifts

About the role
Lasante Health Center is seeking a dedicated Urgent Care Provider to join our evening team. You will deliver high‑quality, timely care to patients with urgent health concerns in a fast‑paced primary care environment.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients presenting with urgent medical issues.
- Perform comprehensive examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests.
- Collaborate with nursing and support staff to ensure seamless patient care.
- Educate patients about their conditions and prescribed treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date medical records.
Required profile
- MD or DO with board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Current state medical license.
- ACLS and BLS certifications.
- Prior experience in urgent care or primary care settings.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment and availability for evening shifts.
Required skills
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
What we offer
- Competitive hourly rate starting at $150 per hour, based on experience.
