Universal Banker

About the role

The Universal Banker is a key member of the Financial Center team, providing a single point of contact for a wide range of banking needs and delivering exceptional service at every customer touch point.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers proactively, manage lobby flow and guide their experience.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, payments, checks cashing and card replacements.
• Identify cross‑sell opportunities and refer customers to specialists for insurance, investment, lending and other products.
• Engage in outbound calling and outreach to generate qualified referrals and build a sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with Financial Advisors, LRMs, Mortgage and Business Bankers to meet financial objectives.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Less than one year of banking, sales or customer‑service experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and retain customer relationships.
• Ability to make sound decisions, solve problems and work effectively in a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using bank‑specific computer systems and software.
